After falling in love with yoga, I discovered the impact of having a healthy routine. Each day, I find myself expanding my wellness pursuit physically, mentally and spiritually.  While planning the addition of a sauna in my home, I started thinking about cold immersion therapy as well.  I have a plunge pool for my children but have found the maintenance a bit tricky given my Newfie’s love of swimming. And then it occurred to me, there is an easier way that does not require constant water filtration and chilling.  That’s when I decided to turn one of my crazy ideas into a product.
